Whole-milk powder is manufactured from pasteurised milk, subjected to compaction process in the evaporating machine, then dried with spray method. Powdery product, uniform, white to light cream colour, taste and smell characteristic for pasteurised milk. Contains at least 26% of fat and up to 4% of water.
It can be used as an ingredient of chocolate milk, coffee whiteners, ice cream and chocolate drinks and yoghurts. In addition, the whole-milk powder is also used in confectionery and in bakeries.
Whole-milk powder is characterized by a wealth of fat, emulsifying ability, very rich nutritional value, good solubility as well as excellent taste.
