Sweet whey is formed as an intermediate product in the production of rennet ripening cheese. Whey powder is made of liquid rennet whey concentrate, dry sprayed.


It is used in the food and feed industry, as an ingredient of processed cheese, frozen desserts, breads, pastries, sauces, soups, ice cream and fillers for meat.

Sweet whey powder the product is a rich source of carbohydrates, it has emulsifying and browning abilities, cheaper substitute for milk solids.
