LACTOSE
Lactose (milk sugar) is obtained in cheese production, then separated from the whey or in production of casein.
Application:
Lactose mesh 100, mesh 200 is used in the food, pharmaceutical and feed industry, used as a sweetener in baking, chocolate and baby food.
Lactose is an excellent source of energy, it improves the taste, the product is a milk sugar, naturally it consists in 3.5% -5.0 of cow’s milk. Lactose monohydrate powder contains min. 99% lactose and max. 0.4% ash.

Multi-layer paper bags with the inside polyethylene insert of a net weight of 20-25 kg.

24 months from date of manufacture.
